the Zmanager module makes it possible to manage the
resources used by the total project Zmodules. All the modules of the
Zmodule continuation call upon this application. These resources are
in particular the users, the accounts, the contacts, the groups of
safety, etc.
This user guide describes in detail the menus and
functionalities of the interface of the Zmanager service. Finely [
Group of safety ]: Allows to define groups of safety with an aim of
making safe the access of certain resources only in certain users. For
example, for the ZFile product, a group of safety must allow the
remote loading of the files only to the users belonging to the
Administration group. For each group, a name can be given like its
state (Decontaminated or not). Groups by defect: Editor: nobody having
only the authorization to publish or charge an element. Reader: nobody

Account ]: A account is an entity which gathers users. A account can
be, according to specificities of the company, a corporate name of a
customer, a service, a department, an office, etc.)

Procedure of
addition of a account: To give a name and a reference number. If this
account already exists, a message will inform impossibility of naming
two account in an identical way. Each account has obligatorily a
primary education user, this is why it is asked to seize its address
email and its password. If the seized entries are correct, one clicks
on the button "to record" will deviate the user on the card of the
primary education user who it will be possible to supplement with the
need. Procedure of modification of a account: To choose the account
which must be modified. To change its name and/or its reference
number. Finely [ User ]: The management of the users of the system
allows. A user is in all the cases attached to a account. Procedure of
addition of a user: To choose the account in which the user will
appear. To fill out its personal card. Address email and password:
Address email and the password will be used by the user to connect
itself to the system and consequently these two fields are obligatory.
The icon [ G ] beside the field "password" makes it possible to
generate a sure password by chance. A control on the validity of
address email is carried out and in the case of nonconformity, it will
be asked to seize again another of them. Group safety: This field of
the form makes it possible to choose the group of safety in which the
user will be placed. The user can be allotted to one or N groups of
safety. If the user is allotted to no group, it answers general
specificities of the application. Edition by defect: It is possible to
restrict the group of have-rights for an element published by the
user. Procedure of modification of a user: To choose the user who must
be modified. The users are listed by account. The letter [ P ] beside
the name announces that it is the primary education user of the
account. Once the user chosen, the interface suggested is the same one
as that of addition of a user. If the field Password is left empty,
the current password will be kept on the other hand if another
password is seized, the old one will be crushed. Finely [? ] This menu
