Computer has :
- ESET Nod 32 installed
- Outlook client
Problem :
- Synchronisation folder is filling up rapidly and the number of local conflicts are also expanding rapidly
- You get the following error message "not equal (conflict) property 0x007d001f"
Solution 1: Open the main program window by clicking the
ESET icon next to the system clock or by clicking Start All Programs ESET ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus.
Press the F5 key to open
the Advanced Setup window.
From the
Advanced Setup tree on the left, click
Antivirus and antispyware Email protection POP3 Compatibility and
adjust the Compatibility setup to Maximum compatibility.
Solution 2: Open the main program window by clicking the
ESET icon next to the system clock or by clicking Start All Programs ESET ESET Smart Security or ESET NOD32 Antivirus.
Press the F5 key to open
the Advanced Setup window.
From the
Advanced Setup tree on the left, click
Miscellaneous Email client integration and
deselect the Integrate into Microsoft Outlook and Integrate into Outlook Express/Windows Mail options.
Reopen your email program.
